From the factory
your Jeep came with either 9” or 11” drum brakes, this
brake system provided anything less than stellar
performance. For today’s roads you need something that
is going to stop your Jeep, and not provide a scary
situation when you really counting on your brakes.
To solve this
problem we have created a front disc brake conversion
kit for the following vehicles listed below with the
Dana 25/27 on 4 wheel drive models. This kit provides
smooth consistent braking with decreased pedal effort
and greatly improved stopping distances. Installation is
simple, and requires no grinding or modifications to
your vehicle. You can even use your original rims*!
All parts included
in this kit are new, including the calipers which are
brand new and are not rebuilt units. All parts can be
ordered individually**, and replacement parts can be
purchased through us. You will receive everything needed
for the installation of this kit.

Please be aware that
not all rims are manufactured the same.
From the front they may look the same, but
their construction when viewed from the
inside can vary. Although most of the
original rims will work with the provision
of the 1/4" spacer, not all will. |
Note: This kit will work with only the
Dana 25/27 front axles
(2-bolt) on 4wd models.
